Step 1: You Reach Out

Call, text, or fill out our online estimate form. Tell us what you're looking for — floor type, room or rooms, and any concerns you have about your current floor or subfloor. We'll get back to you same day.

Step 2: Free In-Home Estimate

We come to your home — no charge, no obligation. We measure your space, inspect your subfloor, and walk you through your flooring options in person. We'll tell you exactly what your subfloor needs, what materials make sense for your lifestyle and budget, and what the job will involve.

You'll leave the estimate with a clear understanding of what needs to happen and what it will cost. No vague ranges. No bait-and-switch pricing.

Step 3: You Choose Your Materials

Once you have your quote, you choose your flooring material. We can guide you toward suppliers, discuss product options, and help you understand the difference between a $1.50/sq ft LVP and a $4.00/sq ft LVP — because there is one, and it matters.

If you're applying for financing through our Synchrony HOME program, this is when we walk you through that process as well.

Step 4: We Schedule Your Install

We work around your schedule. Once materials are secured, we confirm your install date and arrival time. We show up when we say we will.

Step 5: Install Day

On install day, Daniel leads the installation personally. We protect your walls and furniture, complete any subfloor prep needed, and begin laying your floor. We clean up our work area at the end of every day.

Most jobs are completed in one to two days. We'll give you an accurate timeline before we start.

Step 6: Final Walkthrough

When the last piece of trim goes in, we walk you through the entire finished floor — every room, every transition, every edge. We want you to love what you see. If anything isn't right, we make it right before we leave.
