Korr Floors was built by a father and son who wanted to do flooring the way it should be done — by people who show up.

Our story

Daniel Korr started Korr Floors in 2015, after years of learning the flooring trade hands-on — not behind a desk. What started as one guy with a truck and a set of tools has grown into a full flooring installation business serving Indianapolis and more than 40 surrounding communities, without losing the part that made it work in the first place: real people who actually know how to install a floor correctly.

Hector joined not long after, taking on the consultations and estimates so that every homeowner gets a straight answer, in plain language, before any work begins. Between them, Daniel and Hector have overseen LVP, tile, laminate, hardwood, and carpet installations in hundreds of homes across Central Indiana.

Growing from a single truck to a team covering 40+ communities didn't happen by cutting corners. It happened by saying no to timelines we couldn't actually deliver, and yes to doing the unglamorous parts right — like proper subfloor prep — even when it added a day to the schedule that a faster, cheaper competitor wouldn't have bothered with.

Daniel founded Korr Floors in 2015 and is still on-site for most installs today. He learned the trade hands-on, and that's the standard he holds every job to — measured twice, installed once, done right the first time.

Hector Gonzalez — Lead Consultant

Hector handles the walkthroughs and estimates, making sure what you ask for and what actually gets installed are the same thing. He's the first person most homeowners talk to, and the one who keeps the whole project honest from quote to completion.

Hector Gonzalez — Lead Consultant

Hector spent years working alongside his father on job sites before stepping into the consulting role at Korr Floors. He guides clients through the entire process — from the first call to material selection to post-install walkthrough — making sure you always understand what's happening with your floor and why.
