Terms of Service

Services

-Korr Floors provides residential and light commercial flooring installation services including LVP, tile, laminate, hardwood, subfloor preparation, and referrals for carpet installation. Service availability is subject to our current schedule and geographic service area.

Estimates

-All estimates are free and non-binding until a written agreement is signed by both parties. Prices are based on information provided at the time of the estimate and may change if project conditions differ from what was assessed.

Payment

-A deposit is required to secure your installation date. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the work. We accept cash, check, Zelle, and approved Synchrony HOME financing.

Scheduling

-We make every effort to honor scheduled installation dates. We will notify you as soon as possible if a date needs to change due to circumstances beyond our control.

Warranty

-We stand behind our labor. If an installation defect is identified within 90 days of completion, we will return to assess and correct it at no charge. This warranty covers installation workmanship only and does not cover material manufacturer defects, damage caused by water, improper maintenance, or third-party modifications.

Limitation of Liability

-Korr Floors LLC's liability for any claim arising from services rendered shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

Governing Law

-These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana.
